Join a cutting-edge FMCG production facility in Almere! As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our newly constructed site, acting as the operational workshop leader dedicated to ensuring maximum equipment reliability, safety, and availability.

Missions principales

• Lead and supervise on-site maintenance technicians to ensure high-performance standards.
• Coordinate and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Drive troubleshooting processes and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
• Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Engineering, Automation, and EHS teams to maintain seamless operations.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably within the FMCG or high-speed manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to manage complex industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on, operational approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset regarding safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Competences requises

• Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
