About the role
The Property Administrator – Accounting will join Greystar’s on‑site team in the Netherlands, overseeing the financial operations of residential properties. You will be responsible for accurate accounting, rent collection, and financial reporting to support the property’s performance.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily rent, fees, and other payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Enter transactions and maintain data integrity in the Yardi property management system.
- Review resident files, identify unpaid or late fees, and communicate with residents to collect outstanding balances.
- Enforce lease terms and coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed.
- Handle resident move‑outs, applying appropriate deposit and cancellation fees in line with legal requirements.
- Reconcile yearly service charge accounts and prepare various financial and administrative reports.
- Support the Property Operations Manager with regular visits to the corporate office in The Hague.
Required profile
- Strong analytical judgment to interpret financial information.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and external agencies.
- Attention to detail in processing transactions and maintaining records.
- Ability to follow established procedures and comply with local regulations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Yardi property management system.
