Senior Operations Support Manager – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Operations Support Manager (OSM) for EMEA will partner with a top datacenter client director to deliver end‑to‑end project management, data analysis, and executive‑level reporting across the region. This remote position requires strong collaboration with internal security teams, client stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional support team, aligning them with strategic goals.
• Collect, review, and submit weekly security event reports and trend analyses to regional and global leadership.
• Respond to information requests from executive‑level clients and act as liaison between Securitas and client leadership.
• Project‑manage strategic initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Analyze program results, present findings, and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain procedural documentation.
• Support security operations and EHS implementation for new sites and expansions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with senior managers.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering to executive audiences.
