Client Service Executive (Netherlands)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to manage the operational relationship between our clients and internal teams, guiding clients from registration and onboarding through to their first payment and trade.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade.
• Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly.
• Act as the link between clients, partners and the KYC/Compliance team.
• Keep clients and partners informed about onboarding progress.
• Handle routine payment and settlement queries, escalating where necessary.
• Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions.
• Re‑engage approved or dormant clients who have not started trading.
• Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in the CRM.
• Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps.

Required profile

• Excellent client‑service and communication skills.
• Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Confident working with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Able to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
• Basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes and KYC is beneficial.
• Previous CRM experience is helpful.
