Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

As the Corporate Communications Manager you will shape how robin‑radar tells its story to the world, its customers and its employees. Working closely with Content Marketing, Sales, HR and senior leadership, you will ensure a consistent narrative across internal and external channels while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global corporate communications guidelines, public disclosure policies and core messaging.
• Lead media relations by managing an external PR agency and cultivating relationships with key journalists, especially in the US market.
• Prepare senior leaders for high‑profile interviews, keynotes and speaking opportunities, providing media training and key message development.
• Design and run structured internal communication flows that keep leadership and global teams aligned, in partnership with HR.
• Coordinate customer and partner announcements around product launches, partnerships and major milestones, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales and Support.
• Synchronise the corporate communications calendar with Content Marketing and Events to reinforce brand values.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of B2B corporate communications or PR experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics or deep‑tech.
• Proven track record managing PR agencies and generating international press coverage.
• Commercially driven, strategically minded with exceptional writing and positioning abilities.
• Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience working directly with C‑level executives in a matrix, fast‑scaling environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
