Digital Marketing Manager – Netherlands

About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketing expert looking to drive growth in a dynamic tech environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the go-to-market execution and online performance for Placetel AI within the Dutch market.

Main Missions

• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the local digital strategy to successfully launch and scale Placetel AI in the Netherlands.
• Website Optimization: Manage and optimize the local website, focusing on content, structure, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Email marketing.
• Localization: Adapt brand messaging and value propositions to resonate perfectly with the Dutch market while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Funnel Management: Improve the entire conversion funnel, from initial contact to lead generation and trial sign-ups.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor traffic, lead quality, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with central teams (Product, UX/UI, Analytics) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Expertise in optimizing conversion funnels and user journeys.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for localizing complex tech value propositions.
