Director of Global Campaigns

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead global campaign planning, strategy, and performance for A&G portfolios.
• Integrate and prioritize briefs from central and local teams into a unified campaign roadmap.
• Coordinate execution across Audience, Field, Demand & Lifecycle, Content Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams.
• Oversee messaging alignment with Content Marketing to ensure consistency.
• Drive campaign performance reviews and strategic optimization planning.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading teams delivering campaign or demand generation programs in a B2B environment.
• Proven stakeholder and cross‑functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Experience leading scalable digital marketing programs and managing global‑to‑local campaign execution.
• Operationally strong with ability to drive performance through data, martech, and structured processes.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
