Enterprise Account Executive – Benelux

About the role

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Benelux region. You will leverage your experience selling to enterprise accounts to drive consumption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The role reports to the Sales Director for Enterprise Sales Benelux.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the territory and develop a successful execution strategy.
• Drive quarter‑on‑quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Track customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Identify new use‑case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers.
• Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Ensure 100 % satisfaction among all customers.

Required profile

• Good understanding of data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Exposure to the software industry and experience selling SaaS, data, and business value.
• Proven experience growing consumption and closing committed deals in a direct‑sales role.
• Competent with prospecting research and mapping key stakeholders.
• Advanced understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets/quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
