About the role

This Global Future Leaders Programme is designed for ambitious professionals with 3–7 years of experience who want to accelerate their international career. Participants will rotate across multiple countries, business units and functions, gaining direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Complete international rotations in different business environments and markets.
• Work on cross‑functional projects in areas such as strategy, finance, operations, commercial development and data insights.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic initiatives and deliver high‑impact results.
• Take on significant responsibility early in the programme and contribute to transformation and change management efforts.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, commercial, finance, operations, transformation, project management or data analytics.
• International mindset with willingness to relocate abroad.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn in dynamic environments.
• Leadership ambition and a long‑term growth mindset.
