Global SVP of Marketing

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Global SVP of Marketing to own and shape the company’s worldwide brand strategy, positioning and narrative. Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure DEPT® is recognised across clients, talent, media and partners, making the brand impossible to ignore.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a single, clear global positioning and messaging framework for all markets.
• Translate complex AI and technology capabilities into compelling client‑facing stories.
• Lead executive communications, thought leadership and media relations worldwide.
• Partner with regional marketing leaders to turn global strategy into commercial impact and support major pitches.
• Own the global marketing budget, allocating investments based on measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading global B2B marketing in fast‑growing technology, agency or consulting environments.
• Proven track record of building brands that drive commercial advantage and measurable growth.
• Experience advising CEOs and executive teams on positioning, communications and reputation.
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to link positioning to pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and cultures.
