Inside Sales Co-ordinator

About the role

This position sits alongside the sales team providing bespoke repeat‑order and renewals support for the Netherlands Sales Team. The main function is to ensure the mandated sales process is followed at all times, complying with ISO audits and guaranteeing a transparent sales lifecycle that meets KPI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers, vendors and internal departments in a timely fashion.
• Manage the renewals process from scoping calls through to delivery, including requesting pricing, creating proposals and quotes, and following up.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring orders are placed promptly and documentation is complete.
• Update invoicing profiles and ensure all essential information for smooth job delivery is recorded in the system.
• Maintain account records on the Salesforce CRM system and work as part of the wider account team.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Process‑driven with exemplary accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in a Customer Success, Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction focused role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
