Junior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant

About the role

As a Junior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant you will join DEPT®'s Creative & Media team in Amsterdam/Rotterdam, working closely with the wider EMEA Search network. You will help international brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Miele and ING grow online by managing and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑market paid search and shopping campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, analyse performance data and implement data‑driven optimisations, including AI‑based automation.
• Monitor campaign results, produce regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals and stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and performance mindset.
• Prior experience managing paid search or shopping campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
