Operator – Start-up of a New Pharmaceutical Facility

About the role

Join the launch of a brand‑new, digital, state‑of‑the‑art pharmaceutical facility. As an Operator you will be at the heart of the start‑up, turning new processes into daily reality and contributing to the health of millions of animals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine SOPs and work instructions for new production lines.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start‑up phase.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Support implementation of production systems such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum MBO level 3 diploma with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or food production.
• Familiarity with GMP, production processes and automation.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving mindset and hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in English or Dutch.
• Proactive, results‑driven team player.
