Product Success Manager - EDI

About the role

Fashion Cloud is looking for a Product Success Manager specialized in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to ensure smooth data exchange between brands and retailers in the Benelux & Nordics region. You will act as the bridge between our platform and customers, turning technical setups into lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers, engineers and product managers to guarantee flawless data flows for DACH customers.
• Onboard new suppliers, map their data structures and configure integrations with our platform.
• Provide first‑line support for data‑exchange issues, diagnose problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Lead projects that expand or improve data connections, automation, and error handling.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical or project‑management role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• High affinity for technology and a curiosity about how systems work.
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of solving data‑related puzzles.
• Prior exposure to EDI is a plus, but not mandatory.
