Property Operations Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Operations Intern to join our on‑site team in the Netherlands. The internship offers a multifaceted experience, supporting resident services, community events, and the marketing, leasing and operational strategies that drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily property checks and engage with residents.
• Welcome new residents at the service desk and manage key handovers.
• Support community marketing and leasing initiatives.
• Assist with operational strategies aimed at occupancy and revenue goals.
• Help organise unique events across the residential portfolio.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent service to residents.
• Interest in property management and community event organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with residents.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
