Senior International Marketing Manager

About the role

12Build is looking for a senior leader to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its construction procurement platform in Belgium, Germany and Denmark. You will translate central product‑marketing playbooks into market‑specific positioning, campaigns and product launches that actually convert in each country.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt core product positioning, campaigns and self‑service onboarding flows for each market, taking into account local communication style, terminology and buying behaviour.
• Design and execute regional go‑to‑market plans, including in‑person events, digital campaigns and budget management.
• Build relationships with trade associations, industry institutes and government procurement bodies to establish market presence.
• Collaborate with product, growth and brand teams to feed local insights back into central playbooks and roadmap discussions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in localization, regional marketing or international market development.
• Deep cultural fluency in at least two of the target markets (Belgium, Germany, Denmark) and fluency in English plus German or Danish; Dutch is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt product‑marketing and go‑to‑market plans for regional audiences, not merely translate them.
