System Administrator

About the role

Leaseweb is looking for a System Administrator to provide internal IT support for employees and contractors. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, help onboard new users, and maintain the company’s hardware and software assets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers via phone or email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and guide users through solutions.
• Create user accounts and configure hardware during onboarding.
• Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
• Manage and monitor internal asset inventory.
• Assist the infrastructure and projects team with day‑to‑day tasks.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and follow‑up status in logs.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a help‑desk or customer‑support role.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented, calm under pressure, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an out‑of‑office duty schedule.
