TikTok Shop Manager

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to drive the performance and commercial execution of a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop in the Benelux region. Reporting to the Social Commerce Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end social commerce cycle, from affiliate recruitment to paid‑media optimisation and GMV tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly GMV performance across the brand portfolio, analyse results and set action priorities.
• Recruit 50–100 new affiliate creators per brand each week, managing outreach to activation.
• Review and score affiliate content (CTR, watch time, CVR) and translate insights into creator briefs.
• Activate Spark Ads within 48 hours on top‑performing organic content.
• Manage paid‑media campaigns (Spark Ads, Shop Ads, GMV Max), scaling winners and cutting under‑performers within ROAS limits.
• Provide weekly performance updates to brands, covering GMV vs target, content insights, affiliate pipeline and risks.
• Monitor Seller Centre health, SKU availability and fulfilment performance to flag operational issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in consumer‑facing e‑commerce, preferably managing a brand’s online sales channel.
• Proven track record of meeting GMV targets in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
