Senior Data Center Solution Manager

About the role

The Senior Data Center Solution Manager will drive market expansion and lead generation across the FLAPD and Nordic regions, managing the full sales cycle and building strategic relationships with C‑suite decision‑makers in the data‑center ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in the FLAPD and Nordic regions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Develop and maintain C‑suite and senior‑level relationships with key decision‑makers within the data‑center ecosystem.
• Take ownership of specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent quarter‑over‑quarter growth.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions that meet complex client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the European power and land landscape to position services effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with significant time in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets and a strong network or expertise in the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland).
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English; additional European language (German, French, or a Nordic language) is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) across Europe to meet clients and visit sites.
