Electrical Technician

About the role

Head Professionals is recruiting a qualified Electrical Technician for a permanent position with a Dutch packaging and production employer. The role offers full visa sponsorship and relocation support to the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems on packaging and production lines.
• Diagnose and repair PLC‑controlled equipment and robotic systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Red Seal Electrician, Trade Test, or equivalent electrical qualification.
• At least 2 years experience with PLC systems and production line electrics.
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential).
• Willingness to relocate permanently to the Netherlands.
