About the role
As a Retail Assistant Store Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, meet KPI targets and ensure a high‑standard customer experience in a dynamic PUMA store environment. You will support day‑to‑day operations, staff development and loss‑prevention initiatives while embodying the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, profitability and KPI goals through effective planning and cost control.
- Deliver first‑class service and maintain consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Execute sales transactions, exchanges, refunds and promotional discounts in line with company policies.
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluations and succession planning for the store team.
- Analyse customer trends and competitive information to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory, loss‑prevention measures and shrink targets.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and events within budget and brand guidelines.
- Be open to development opportunities at other store locations.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of leadership experience in a customer‑oriented retail environment, preferably clothing or shoes.
- Passion for the PUMA brand and strong commercial awareness.
- Reliable, friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to recruit, motivate and train employees.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
