About the role
The Senior Lead HR Business Partner will support a business unit on a 6‑8 month contract, driving the full spectrum of HR practices including talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational design, learning, employee relations and total rewards.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Sr. Director, HRBP to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent planning, headcount forecasting, succession planning and end‑of‑year talent processes.
- Provide coaching and consultation to the Management Team on employee lifecycle matters.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (TA, DEI, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal, FP&A, Communications) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support change initiatives, including Return‑to‑Office transitions, and track HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with regional HR policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to coach senior leaders.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, organizational design and DEI.
- Experience supporting EMEA‑based teams and managing cross‑functional HR projects.
