AI-Native B2B Marketing Geek

About the role

Alphacomm is looking for an AI‑native B2B Marketing specialist to own the marketing playbook for its two SaaS brands. You will design and run lean, AI‑driven demand generation, ABM and brand initiatives that put the company in front of technical and commercial buyers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand voice, landing pages, product copy and visual consistency for Checkmaxx and Collectmaxx, automating repetitive tasks.
• Drive demand generation across self‑serve and enterprise tracks, balancing CAC payback and pipeline creation.
• Define and execute account‑based marketing campaigns with AI‑assisted research and personalised outreach at scale.
• Build AI‑powered marketing automation workflows that support content creation, campaign execution and ABM.
• Run rapid experiments, document outcomes and evolve a compounding marketing playbook.
• Provide sales enablement content, video and ABM assets to the B2B sales team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrable pipeline, revenue or campaign results.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools, new techniques and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of modern B2B buying journeys, self‑directed research and long sales cycles.
• Ability to run both inbound demand generation and outbound ABM and know when to apply each.
• System‑thinking mindset focused on experiments, data and automation rather than one‑off campaigns.
• Experience producing thought‑leadership content and scaling on‑brand output across formats, including video.
