B2B Marketer – Join a Leading Dutch Agency

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Marketer to join Dapper’s fast‑growing team in Rotterdam. You will work with ambitious B2B clients, helping them accelerate growth while collaborating with specialist demand, performance and content marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with demand, performance and content marketing specialists to design and execute campaigns that drive growth for B2B clients.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and lead projects from concept through delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an agency, SaaS or scale‑up environment.
• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English.
• Growth mindset, proactive feedback culture and a habit of questioning the “why” behind briefs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to own projects while collaborating effectively.
• Experience leading client discussions, workshops and independent project delivery.
