Associate Tax Accounting & Compliance Consultant

About the role

As an Associate Tax Accounting & Compliance Consultant you will support companies in meeting their tax reporting and compliance obligations across national and international jurisdictions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to design and improve internal financial and tax processes while exploring new technological solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support clients on the optimisation and automation of tax and financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of complex tax returns and review tax positions in annual accounts (Dutch GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Provide guidance on tax accounting issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilise data extraction tools and software solutions to help clients meet compliance deadlines efficiently.

Required profile

• Completed HBO or WO education in Tax Law, Tax Economics, Tax & Technology, Business Economics, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in technological developments in tax.
• Excellent command of Dutch or English.
• Motivated, innovative and willing to challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of US GAAP
