Business Process Owner – HubSpot Marketing & Sales

About the role

As a Business Process Owner within Leaseweb’s global Marketing and Sales organisation, you will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving the HubSpot environment that supports end‑to‑end processes. You will work closely with both business and technology teams in an agile two‑week sprint cadence to deliver process standardisation and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key end‑to‑end processes across Marketing and Sales, driving standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Set the direction, priorities and roadmap for HubSpot‑supported processes, maintaining a clear backlog.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and collaborate with technology teams to implement enhancements.
• Define process standards, align stakeholders and ensure governance of data, automation, reporting and integrations.
• Shape the HubSpot data model, lifecycle management, lead management and automation workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process ownership or similar roles within Marketing and/or Sales.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the HubSpot platform and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to work in agile sprint cycles and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
