Long Term Transformative Innovation & Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Long Term Transformative Innovation & Strategic Partnerships Manager will drive the scouting, development and management of strategic partnerships in the Middle East and APAC regions, focusing on innovation‑driven collaborations that leverage external technical and commercial capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the strategic partnership business case for the Middle East, including project governance, milestone tracking and decision‑making support.
• Support the creation of a partnership approach for APAC, conducting market analysis, pipeline assessment and prioritisation.
• Lead innovation‑driven collaborations, overseeing PMO activities, cross‑functional alignment and pilot co‑design.
• Maintain the innovation project pipeline across the four LTTI territories, producing market insight reports, roadmap updates and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in business development, marketing, innovation or consulting within FMCG.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a practical understanding of finance, market research and innovation drivers.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholders at multiple levels and navigate ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with market intelligence platforms such as NielsenIQ, Euromonitor or GlobalData.
• Advanced project management capabilities, from planning through execution.
