Change Manager – Strategic Initiatives

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Change Manager to lead change and benefits realization across its strategic initiatives in the Netherlands. You will ensure that each initiative delivers its promised value by managing change, tracking benefits, validating assumptions, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own change management for multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, from impact assessment through communication, training, support and measured adoption.
• Develop and operate a benefits‑tracking capability: define expected value, monitor realization, and report honest outcomes.
• Validate post‑delivery assumptions and turn findings into actionable improvements for future initiatives and the change practice.
• Prioritise and balance change effort when initiatives compete for resources.
• Contribute to initiative governance, integrating change impact and benefits logic into early assessments.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, aligning initiative owners, department leads and senior management on adoption requirements.
• Apply AI tools to enhance the change and benefits practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading change management across multiple, complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to define, track and report benefits.
• Ability to validate assumptions and translate insights into continuous improvement.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
