About the role

This role goes beyond traditional corporate recruitment. At CM.com you will be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle – from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding, employer branding, campus recruitment, event management and AI‑driven recruitment automation. Working directly with Dennis in a small, high‑ownership team, you will shape processes and lead projects that impact hiring worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment scope, from intake to offer.
• Advise leadership teams on strategic workforce planning.
• Manage partnerships with external staffing suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and AI‑focused education programs.
• Challenge candidates and create a high‑quality hiring experience.
• Drive process improvements and recruitment automation initiatives.
• Fill urgent hiring needs across the business, from product managers and finance roles to operational positions such as chefs for the in‑house Bistro.

Required profile

• Proven experience and a strong passion for recruitment.
• Natural curiosity about people and a commitment to fair, objective hiring.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, leadership and hiring managers globally.
• Strong drive to continuously improve yourself and share knowledge with others.
• Genuine interest in how AI is transforming work and organisations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; project‑management or process‑optimization experience is a plus.
