Director of Customer Success – Strategic Accounts

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead our most strategically important portfolio of global audit networks, including the Big 4 and other major firms. You will own the success strategy, adoption and health of these accounts and manage a team of six Senior Customer Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior Customer Success Managers, setting roadmap and priorities for the strategic segment.
• Own executive‑level relationships with C‑suite and partner stakeholders, conduct business reviews and drive retention and growth.
• Define and implement CS methodology, playbooks, tooling and operating models for the strategic segment.
• Shape health, adoption and value frameworks, monitor metrics and proactively address risk.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to translate customer insights into product roadmap and go‑to‑market positioning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in people‑leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex, high‑value enterprise accounts, preferably in audit, finance or accounting technology.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at C‑suite and partner level in large, matrixed organisations.
• Experience shaping CS strategy, methodology and operating models, not just executing existing playbooks.
