Engineering Manager - Analytics House

About the role

Our Engineering Manager for the Analytics House will join DoiT’s global R&D team, working remotely across multiple regions. You will lead a high‑performing engineering team, contribute hands‑on code, and drive AI‑augmented development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, overseeing delivery, career development, and continuous improvement.
• Write and review code, guide architectural decisions, and maintain engineering standards.
• Own the team’s roadmap, planning, prioritisation, and delivery while aligning with business objectives.
• Drive hiring, set high hiring standards, and mentor other engineering managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure cross‑team alignment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in an engineering management role with hands‑on coding.
• Proven experience building cloud‑based SaaS products on AWS, GCP or Azure, managing availability, cost and customer‑facing services.
• Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimisation and BigQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to transform engineering teams, improving delivery velocity and technical quality.
• Excellent judgment under pressure, direct communication and a clear philosophy on hiring and performance management.
