Enterprise Solutions Engineer – Nordics

About the role

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support its largest customers across the Nordics. In this role you will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging product capabilities with enterprise observability needs and delivering high‑impact proof‑of‑concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s differentiated technical capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the preferred solution.
• Provide architecture guidance, best practices for telemetry data modeling and OpenTelemetry collector design.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to feed technical insights into the roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry and observability pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, telemetry ingestion and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both engineers and executives.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
