Head of Finance

About the role

GreenFlux is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its local finance function in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities, from control and reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of five, overseeing financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and working‑capital management.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the GreenFlux leadership team and DKV Mobility Group finance stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
• Drive monthly business reviews, develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
• Manage audit, tax and compliance processes and ensure alignment with group standards.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Support long‑term financial planning and build scalable models for future growth.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with experience leading a finance team.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, comfortable challenging the business.
• Proven ability to improve processes and deliver high‑quality financial reporting.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, operations and shared‑service functions.
