Junior IT Administrator (EMEA)

About the role

Dash0 is building an OpenTelemetry‑native observability platform and needs a Junior IT Administrator to keep its internal IT infrastructure reliable and scalable across the EMEA region. You will own the full device and access lifecycle, from provisioning a new hire’s laptop to handling off‑boarding, ensuring smooth, repeatable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and de‑provision user accounts across the company’s SaaS stack for onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle: hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance and responsible recycling.
• Enforce endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, activation lock and compliance checks in coordination with the Head of Security.
• Maintain audit‑ready records of access rights, serial numbers and license counts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Execute end‑to‑end off‑boarding, revoking access, coordinating hardware return and ensuring no residual permissions remain.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, hardware insurance and invoice auditing.
• Provide clear, timely IT support to employees across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, operations or help‑desk roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple tickets without loss.
• Excellent written English and comfortable communicating across time zones.
• Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of processes.

Required skills

• Google Workspace admin console (user and group management).
• MDM enrollment tools and device management platforms.
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts such as disk encryption, activation lock and compliance policies.
• Experience with SaaS account provisioning and hardware logistics.
