Partner Manager – Switzerland & Austria

About the role

Fairphone is looking for a proactive Partner Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships with partners in the Switzerland and Austria markets. You will work in a fast‑moving, inclusive environment, aligning with Fairphone’s mission for sustainable electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets in Switzerland and Austria.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with new and existing partners.
• Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide market intelligence and represent Fairphone at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom or consumer electronics.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Proven experience in partner/account management and strategic growth planning.
• Hands‑on, organized, with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
