Partnership Program Manager

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Partnership Program Manager to support a large, strategic client relationship. Based in Amsterdam, you will work closely with senior Metyis leaders and client stakeholders to translate partnership vision into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and run major client meetings, steering materials, discussions and follow‑up actions.
• Act as the strategic right‑hand to senior leadership, shaping short‑ and medium‑term transformation roadmaps.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of partnership initiatives, aligning strategic priorities with commercial and operational goals.
• Establish and operate a high‑impact Project Management Office (PMO) with governance, progress tracking, risk management and decision frameworks across multiple work streams.
• Convert complex discussions into structured insights, executive‑level presentations, business cases and other client‑ready outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing large, strategic client relationships.
• Proven ability to work side‑by‑side with senior leaders and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

Required skills

• Project Management Office (PMO) setup and governance.
• Executive‑level presentation and documentation preparation.
• Stakeholder management across senior leadership.
