Recruitment Lead – Digital Experience & Engineering

About the role

As a Recruitment Lead you will shape the future of DEPT®’s Experience & Engineering teams across EMEA. You will develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives, acting as the first ambassador for candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and implement the talent strategy for Digital Experience services in key EMEA markets, focusing on senior and strategic hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating “unicorn” requests into realistic, fillable mandates.
• Leverage data and hiring intelligence to influence leadership decisions and remove bottlenecks.
• Innovate sourcing by pioneering new channels, AI‑enabled tools and assessment approaches.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and market maps to stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Represent DEPT® at industry events, panels and within the talent community to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Significant in‑house recruitment experience within a digital or integrated agency, understanding billability and utilisation.
• Proven track record hiring for UX/UI Design, Digital Strategy, Account Management and Technical Project Management roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets (e.g., London, Amsterdam, Berlin) and adapting to local nuances.
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation and influencing hiring strategy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Boolean search and market mapping techniques.
