Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a senior member of CGS you will have the opportunity to develop towards a Managing‑ or Principal‑Consultant role while building your own business within the company. You will work closely with top‑tier clients and exceptional talent, gaining deep knowledge of the renewable energy market. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, supported by comprehensive onboarding, training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run your own business within CGS, managing the full 360° headhunting cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Develop new business and create a personal client portfolio in the renewable energy sector.
• Proactively advise clients, manage relationships with hiring managers, and negotiate T&Cs, SLA’s and RPO’s.
• Optimize business processes to strengthen relationships and upsell services.
• Guide candidates through the entire application process at client companies.
• Mentor and support junior consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong commercial mindset and result‑driven attitude.
• Commitment to a career in executive search within renewable energy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Residence in the Amsterdam area is mandatory.
