Senior Assistant – Field Sales Services (Netherlands, Dutch)

About the role

Responsible for executing end‑to‑end Field Sales Equipment Services for the Netherlands Business Unit, ensuring accurate equipment administration, high‑quality service delivery, and effective support to Field Sales teams while maintaining strong data integrity and operational excellence. The role involves managing equipment lifecycle, data accuracy, and stakeholder coordination to support field sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end equipment lifecycle (placements, movements, removals), create and track equipment requests, maintain accurate records, and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure equipment data accuracy and consistency in SAP and Salesforce by performing regular quality checks, investigating mismatches, and supporting data governance.
• Support deployment and standardisation of equipment processes within Shared Services, ensuring policy adherence and assisting in issue resolution.
• Maintain and update field‑sales related data in SAP and Salesforce, perform quality checks, and resolve system integration discrepancies.
• Collaborate with NL Business Unit stakeholders, maintain strong relationships with Field Sales, Commercial and Operations teams, and act as the primary contact for equipment support.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, support implementation of new tools and migrations, and contribute to service quality enhancements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in sales operations, equipment management, field sales support or data services, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and proficient English.
• Ability to work proactively, pay attention to detail and adapt flexibly.
