Regional Sales Manager – Benelux (AdBlue)

About the role

Yara International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux market to lead its AdBlue business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Commercial Director South Europe, the role carries full P&L responsibility for a multi‑million‑euro portfolio and requires extensive travel within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships in transport, fuel retail and industrial sectors.
• Lead contract negotiations, manage commercial risks and ensure sustainable growth.
• Drive pricing excellence and margin optimisation while maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor and optimise logistics and terminal‑related costs in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a regional sales team, including a local Sales Manager and Sales Support function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of successful B2B commercial experience, preferably in AdBlue, urea, industrial chemicals or fuel retail.
• Proven track record in key account management, business development and strategic negotiations.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility and margin management.
• Previous people‑leadership experience in a matrix organisation.
