Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Bakken & Bæck is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join its international brand and communications team. You will shape visual narratives for digital and physical experiences, collaborating across strategy, storytelling and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branding projects from concept through execution and delivery.
• Create clear, well‑articulated design concepts and scale them across multiple outputs.
• Define and maintain design systems that ensure consistency.
• Work closely with writers, strategists, art directors, motion designers, product designers, developers and external creatives such as photographers and illustrators.
• Translate strategic insights into bespoke visual narratives that reflect brand identity and tone of voice.

Required profile

• Strong interest in contemporary visual culture, tech‑driven identities and concept‑led design.
• Comfortable discussing work openly with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and broader context.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and developers in a small, cross‑functional team.
