Creative Director

About the role

You own how Aquablu shows up in the world. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role with no direct reports, where you set the creative vision and execute it yourself from concept to final production.

Key responsibilities

• Set the Vision: define the visual, auditory, tactile, and emotional world Aquablu lives in.
• Bring It to Life: shape brand, campaigns, physical products, digital experiences, packaging, and partnerships.
• Guard the Standard: ensure every team, market and touch‑point unmistakably reflects Aquablu.
• Build the World: create a recognisable universe that people notice the moment they see, hear, or hold it.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience owning creative direction across brand, product and marketing.
• Strategic creative with a strong point of view and good judgment.
• Hands‑on execution from concept through final production.
• Physical product experience.
• Fluent across digital, hardware and B2C; B2B is a bonus.
• Think in worlds, not just campaigns or guidelines.
• Strategic thinker who pushes back on positioning until it holds up.
• Fast, self‑sufficient and able to move with urgency.
• Genuinely excited about AI as a creative tool.
• Taste is non‑negotiable.
