Senior Consultant GRC and AI Transformation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Consultant to help organisations strengthen their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks while leveraging AI and digital technologies. You will work with public‑sector and corporate clients on complex transformation projects that blend risk management, internal audit and emerging tech.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on designing, improving and reviewing governance, risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Support the adoption of digital capabilities for risk management, including control automation, data‑driven risk analysis and continuous monitoring.
• Assist clients in implementing new IT systems with controls‑by‑design, addressing AI‑related risk and governance considerations.
• Perform and manage internal audits across operational and IT processes, reporting findings to management and audit committees.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (risk, cyber, data, accounting, technology) to deliver end‑to‑end transformation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting, internal or external audit, risk management, internal control or compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a practical mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate in an international environment.
