Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Northern Europe

About the role

Appian is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead major enterprise accounts in the Netherlands and Benelux region. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, build C‑level relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for enterprise customers across multiple industries, including financial services.
• Identify and qualify business needs for the Appian platform and customer success services, engaging decision‑makers at C‑level.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring post‑sales needs are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Solution Consulting to leverage tools and resources.
• Provide accurate forecast and pipeline information and recommend marketing strategies.
• Leverage customer references for reference selling.

Required profile

• Proven experience influencing digital transformation, customer service and experience initiatives at C‑suite level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and occasional travel outside the region.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and go‑to‑market strategies.
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and curiosity.
• Experience working with system integrator partners.
