Sales & Business Development Internship

About the role

Support the commercial growth of Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics across Europe by combining sales activities, customer follow‑up, marketing support and commercial analytics. You will work closely with sales managers and account teams in multiple countries to identify opportunities and drive adoption of AM&D solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying, prioritising and following up on commercial opportunities across international markets.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell activities within the existing AM&D installed base.
• Assist lead generation through customer segmentation, opportunity mapping and pipeline follow‑up.
• Prepare customer and market insights to help sales teams focus on the right accounts.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns, including preparation, tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales managers in different countries to provide visibility on commercial progress.
• Participate in strategic commercial projects to improve business performance.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales and business development.
• Good communication skills with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, customers.
• Analytical ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
• Fluent English; native Dutch speaking is a plus.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rata for part‑time).
• Housing compensation up to €300 net for Amsterdam vicinity.
• Travel compensation up to €192 net if not eligible for a free public transport card.
• Paid holidays during the internship term.
