To strengthen the presence of our prestigious PC Hooftstraat boutique, we are looking for a dedicated Trainer In-Store & Sales Advisor to elevate our team's expertise and deliver an unparalleled luxury shopping experience.

Missions principales

• Training & Team Development: Lead the onboarding process and continuous on-the-ground training. Conduct seasonal modules, provide daily coaching on sales techniques, KPIs, clienteling, and digital tools. Monitor training implementation and provide monthly reports to headquarters.
• Client Experience & Sales Support: Welcome clients with warmth and expertise, providing personalized luxury advice. Drive loyalty through proactive clienteling and database enrichment.
• Store Operations & Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure impeccable product presentation and visual merchandising updates. Participate in daily operations including cash management, stock flow, and inventory, while embodying the brand's values of energy, excellence, and authenticity.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in retail training and in-store coaching within a luxury environment.
• Strong mastery of sales techniques, KPI analysis, and clienteling tools.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a significant asset).
• Natural ability to motivate teams and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail setting.
