Senior Manager – Transaction Services

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Manager to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam. You will work alongside senior experts, focusing on financial due diligence and delivering value‑added insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for company acquisitions and sales, identifying issues that may impact the transaction.
• Analyse key business drivers and translate findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement activities and act as the primary client contact.
• Lead the preparation of deliverables, including reports, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
• Guide and mentor team members while steering project progress.
• Contribute to business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and eligible to work in the EU.
• Strong financial analytical and accounting knowledge with the ability to forecast cash flows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
