Senior RF Engineer

About the role

QuantWare is developing world‑leading quantum processors using its unique VIO™ technology. As a Senior RF Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end design, verification and scaling of the critical flex‑cable interface that underpins this technology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of flex interconnect systems from concept through qualification to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Maintain high signal integrity, RF performance and mechanical reliability while meeting thermal and durability requirements.
• Work directly with external partners to translate complex RF, mechanical and system specifications into clear technical requirements and secure commitments.
• Own supplier development schedules, ensuring timely delivery of critical components without compromising quality or yield.
• Lead, mentor and grow a dedicated engineering team focused on flex interconnect development and RF integration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on RF engineering, signal‑integrity or high‑frequency interconnect design experience.
• Proven track record delivering hardware projects from concept through verification to volume production.
• Experience managing external vendors or JDM partners for custom electro‑mechanical parts.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with superconducting circuits or cryogenic environments is a plus.
