Spare Parts Coordinator

About the role

Ready to support customers, coordinate processes, and make an impact? Framo is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator who plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by coordinating the complete spare parts order process.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the spare parts order process from quotation to dispatch
• Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and sales orders
• Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about order and shipment status
• Coordinate invoicing activities of the sales orders
• Act as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal departments
• Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service
• Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Team leader Spare Parts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and customer service
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with FRAMO standards and company procedures

Required profile

• Customer‑focused and well‑organized professional with strong administrative and coordination skills

• Communicates clearly, works accurately, and manages multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
