About the role

Metyis is seeking a Strategy and Execution Associate to join its fast‑growing team in Amsterdam. You will work on client projects, driving strategic change and delivering data‑driven business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams on client projects and maintain direct contact with senior clients.
• Develop actionable insights, strategy recommendations, change‑management plans and business cases.
• Conduct analyses, research, and advanced data work to define client needs and market dynamics.
• Prepare presentations, status reports and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues on problem‑solving techniques and consulting best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong management and communication abilities, able to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, demonstrated by high academic achievement.
• Proven capacity to develop business models and analytical frameworks.
